The 'Substrate One Shot' is a construction auxiliary tool for installing substrate boards during wall and ceiling construction. The process that previously took a long time for installation is now significantly sped up. Leftover materials from the site can be used for the substrate boards, and the installation requires only the included nails or screws (except for Type C). The spare holes at both ends of the tool can be used for joints or reinforcements (only for Types A, B, and C). Additionally, the slim type for 12mm can be installed just like the conventional method and is fully compatible with 27mm thick studs, allowing for use in a wider range of environments. The "Kamoigai Raising Bracket T" is a bracket used to support the second-floor beam that sags due to natural loads and to prevent the kamoi from sagging. It consists of two brackets: Bracket A is installed on the lower side of the beam, and Bracket B is attached to the hanging post. The spring in Bracket B fixes the bracket again with the force of the spring when adjusting the sag of the second-floor beam with the bracket. The "Eye Wedge" is a fitting that allows for easier fixing when aligning the height of pillars and thresholds compared to traditional mortise construction. The sawtooth on both sides connects the pieces of wood. We offer two types: the "Decorative Type" for fixing thresholds between hallways and Western-style rooms, and the "Heavy-Duty Type" for fixing thresholds between closets and Japanese-style rooms.
